Happy Birthday to me!

Today I turn 33. And I don't have one problem admitting it. I've earned every day of every year...and every little grey hair and laugh line.

Austin and I went out tonight...we were going to a movie, but the movie started later than we thought, and we didn't want to be too late getting home. Instead we went to my favorite restuarant, Margarita's Mexican Grill. And somehow while we were there, Austin informed our server that it was my birthday. Right after we'd finished our dinner, all of the sudden there was a HUGE commotion, pans banging, people clapping and singing, and here came the entire server staff over to our table, singing Happy Birthday. It was slightly embarassing, but mostly fun, and I really kind of enjoyed it. It made me feel good that Austin went to the trouble of arranging it. Austin also bought me a really nice little figurine...I'll have to take pictures of it, since it's kind of hard to describe, but it's a couple embrasing each other. It's really lovely.

My mom chipped in on paying for the babysitting, and also got me a nice bird feeder, since the ones I get always seem to fall apart after a couple of weeks. She and I also went to lunch at Ruby Tuesday, where we were waited on by a STRANGE guy, who seemed to be flirting with my mom. We got a big laugh off of the whole thing, plus a free ice cream for dessert. All in all it was a great day.

On another note, I am 15 weeks pregnant today. I'm bigger at this point than I was with Andrew, but that's okay. Anyway, here's my first preggo picture.

I don't take the best photos, but it's the belly part I'm interested in....so that's okay! Three and a half weeks, and we should be finding out what flavor we're getting this time!

So anyway, Happy Birthday to me. It's been a fun day.
